Rajat Bhatia is the Founder & CEO of Neural Capital. He also serves as the Dean of the Indian Institute of Quantitative Finance and the Chairman of the Board of Advisors of Invenzo Labs. After working with many top tier investment banks in a wide range of areas in the global markets, he became an entrepreneur in 2003. 

Rajat started his career as an Interbank Foreign Exchange trader with Citibank and has been associated with the FX markets for nearly 30 years. He has also worked with Lehman Brothers, London in Global Derivative Products where he structured complex derivatives linked to FX, Fixed Income, Commodities and Credit. In London, he also worked for Citigroup's Alternative Investment Strategies group that managed several billion dollars that were invested in hedge funds and in CDOs. 

He was instrumental in developing the Neural Trader - an Artificial Intelligence based trading strategy for the global financial markets that resulted in the creation of a new hedge fund in the USA. In September 2007, he published a paper in the Hedge Fund Journal, London titled "Financial Chernobyl or Manageable Risk - The brewing storm in sub-prime and CDO markets", which accurately predicted the onset of the 2007-2008 global financial crisis.

Guy Debelle commenced as Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of Australia on 18 September 2016. He is Deputy Chair of the Reserve Bank Board and Chair of the Reserve Bank's Risk Management Committee. Dr Debelle is also Chair of the Australian Foreign Exchange Committee and Chair of the BIS Foreign Exchange Working Group developing the Global Code of Conduct for the Foreign Exchange Market. Prior to his current role, Dr Debelle was the Assistant Governor (Financial Markets). In that role, he had oversight of the Bank's operations in the domestic and global financial markets, including the management of Australia's foreign reserves. He briefed the Reserve Bank Board on developments in financial markets at the monthly Board meetings. Dr Debelle also worked at the International Monetary Fund, Bank for International Settlements, Australian Treasury and as a visiting professor in economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

After 21 years with IBM, Mr. Glendinning joined Lenovo in 2005 as Group Treasurer, following the acquisition of IBM’s personal computer business. He had spent four years as IBM’s Asia/Pacific treasurer, in Singapore, and was their Director of Global Treasury Operations in New York. Mr. Glendinning is a fellow of the ACCA, and has a degree in French and Italian from Oxford University. He has been president of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (Singapore) since June 2010 – a position he also held from 1999 to 2003.

In 2013 he earned an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid. Starting in 2014, Marko worked at Three Arrows Capital in Singapore for two years as a Senior FX Trader, focusing on Asian currencies.
